Annoying Vertical Nav in Windows 7. How to get rid of it?

    Hi,

    When I use my girlfriend's laptop it has Windows 7 installed.

    When online and a website has a vertical scroll bar on the right hand side and I try and use it an annoying navigation comes over the scroll bar.

    How can I get rid of it? Any suggestions would be much welcome.

    It's not standard Windows 7 feature.. I haven't seen that one on any win7 computer so far.
    Have you tried right clicking on it?
