Annoying Trend in online logo design

    Hey,

    Have any of you noticed an increase in CHs liking these really, really basic logos that have been made 3d and added lots of effects to?

    All they do is take a really simple effects, and using some program they make it 3d, with lots of effects on top. Not only is this very simple for the designer to make once he knows how, there is no creativity put into it, and there are multiple designs that look pretty much identical.

    It's really annoying, and leaves little room for more creative people!

    the clients can always reject those "identical looking" logos if they are that bad and probably won't buy from them again? I don't see any problem here.

    I love the guys that have been to DIY site with templates etc and then offer their services on this site for like $5, i mean it sounds like not much but theres no effort or imagination on there behalf
