Annoying Problem with my PC (i think in Cache)

    I am browsing site and most of them are opening like they was few days back...

    i tried to clear my cache but it didnt solved it...

    I am updating my site, but in browser its showing the old one :(

    i tried this in IE, FF, Opera, Pogo but problem is with all...

    what should i do!

    It may be your website, not your PC.

    Is it just the images/style that won't update or is it text/other HTML too? Have you asked your hosting provider?
