First I had my site hosted for $25 per 6 months which wasnt bad. So my 6 months was up and they took $50 out of my bank account. $25 for the next 6 months, and $25 for account credit, which i did not want to happen and i was not told about. So i emailed them numerous times, they did not reply once, i submitted support tickets with them and they closed them all. Then they have also taken my site offline. I have demanded refunds several times with no reply. The host is HagioHost, I don't recommend them at all. Now i am trying to get my account closed and at least $25 of account credit they took refunded. Really annoying.
Yeah it doesn't sound good, for future reference i would recommend going with a more well known reputable hosting solution, don't get me wrong some smaller companies can provide you with a great service, but when things go tits up you might - like in your case get completely ignored, anyways thanks for sharing your experience as it sounds like HagioHost is definitely one to avoid...
Yep, I just hate them now, I've account from hagiohost for proxy use and I submit a support ticket as I want to change my primary domain, After 30 days I didn't even get a SINGLE reply from them, Very very annoying host
