Well the starting Page strength was 1 which increased by a 0.5 every 10 days and currently its 2.5 so i guess we will surely see a huge hike in it.
The Alexa is also going up a lot and even the Traffic from the SE's is raising.
You can see the increasing backlinks in yahoo

Amit i guess you need a banner change because its not looking professional, look into that issue.

 

We have currently changed the left panel and thanks for the suggestion, we will surely change the whole top banner area.
