Sure, I paid for $310 worth of work, it took way over two weeks to get done. My designer failed to provide me with the functionality I desired, I explained this and they yet again failed to fix it. I then requested a phone call from them no less than three times to solve the problem, they refused to call me. The work they did do for me was sloppy, tests of what was provided converted terribly (mainly due to the lack of functionality I asked for), the color scheme was not in accordance with the order page, the call to action was terribly placed way below the fold forcing users to scroll, and most annoyingly of all, the copy I paid to have written from them did not include all of the keywords I requests and resulted in a huge drop in my quality score on Google. This company used to be run by Kevin and Don, but after coming under new management the quality of work and turnover has gone down the drain.
