    Unfortunately, yes. You should hold out for other appraisals though.

    TBH, if it didn't have the 'Net' it'd be worth a tonne more.

    To get anything reasonable, you may have to place more emphasis on the website than on the domain name. Try to offer the domain name / website at a "developed website" marketplace.
