    I have for sale here a anime forum with a custom vbulletin 4.2 skin, everything you see is what you get which will be the custom design designed by that1design, next you will get the database and the domain, domain is registered at namecheap. I was running ads on my site and half way threw September I took them down because I was getting click bombed but the earnings exceeded $100+ for that period of 15 days. We have a SEO company doing seo work so you dont have to worry about anything! this is great opportunity for someone who wants to pick up a site thats ready to go!

    I am not too sure about this claim but I like the niche of the site: anime so I might take it.

    For how many months will you host it? How can I extend the license.
