Does anyone here know of any software that can create a video with a talking character, sort of like an avatar and able to talk whatever you type that in? Thank you very much.

i'm looking the same program. some people called it web agent. i see some great example here h**p://www.msdewey.com/ but how they develop it? how much cost? anyone know or can do this program, how much is you price?
I got a copy of Crazy Talk 4.0 it allows you to create an animate character and load up your own dialogue.
