Buying animated images

I want to redesign my home page (see signature).

I'm thinking about two images similar to what I have now, however when the mouse hovers on them they animate somehow (maybe something with a revolution gauge as the domain name suggests).

I need some ideas. Post your previous (quality) animated work, and if I like your work (skills) and your ideas ill hire you.

Semi-large budget for this.
