Animated images as signature and avatat on vbulletin don't work for me

    Dear friends ,
    i have having problem that.gif image upload fine as avator and signature image but its not animating i have seen every premission its fine everyone is allowed to use "Can Upload Animated Profile Picture" and "Can Upload Animated Avatar" but its really not working for me
    please help me

    You will need to turn the ability to have animated avatars on for each usergroup you want to be able to do this. Any animated avatars will need to be re uploaded and saved.

    i have given permisson to all group to upload animated avatar or signature but still the same problem

    You need to re-upload images. Old uploaded images will not have animation effect.
