    Obviously ,
    you can do it using Photoshop easily ,
    if you know the use of animation platte you can do everything.

    Yes, you can create animated GIF by using photoshop, use timeline mode to create complex animations.

    Yea, I think you could make animated gif with photoshop although I found Ulead GIF Construction set to be much easier.

    yes, you can create gif animation with Photoshop, just select you Workspace as VIDEO, then create layers, & use frames, set a proper delay time, save it & thats it! :)

    Why can't you try with gif animator, search with same keyword on google and download gidanimotor.exe file and use is.
    it is very simple and easy to use than other soft.
