Animated GIF from JPEG

    Hi,

    I want someone to make an animated GIF from a jpeg pic I have. The animated GIF I want made is fairly simple, but I don't know how to do it, or have time to learn. Willing to shell out $10 for the finished product. Ask questions here, PM me if you can do the gif.
