    Do you ever think make Flash banner from PowerPoint? You don't need cost so much money to hire someone to make it for you when you want to change it each time.

    All you need do is creating the content in PowerPoint and then convert to Flash. Some PowerPoint to Flash convert can help you do this work, it's cheap and easy-to use. Such as Wondershare PPT2Flash Standard, an add-in of PowerPoint, you can have a try.

    There is a software called "Banner Maker Pro", it allows you to create web-based banner ads, web buttons, animated gifs, logos, image ads and other web graphics.
    also Animated GIF Banner Maker 1.41
    it is a software designed for making animated GIF Banner file from graphic files.

    But I haven't tried both....:D
    I just know that they exist.....
