Animated Flash/Gif banner needed

    I need a banner for my film site in my sig, regular web banner size. (400 x 86 or whatever)

    want it to be reflective of my sites colors, animate the spotlights in the background and flash some text, should be prety easy... can anyone do this, tonight? :)
