Animated banner

    I would like to have a banner like the one currently displayed

    but I am not good at photoshop, and following the other thread with 22 photoshop tutorials sites takes a lot of time which I don't have at the moment.

    I would like to have an appealing banner for movie-entertainment.net, my brand new site.

    Can someone tell me how to do it or make me an offer? PSD will be provided.

    I would like to have 728 x 90, and perhaps 468 x 60 + 300 x 250.
