Animated Banner - $15 - 36 Hour Contest

    This contest is for an animated tower banner 120 x 600 pixels, and is for the site 1800Tipline.com.

    This is to attract viewers to click on the banner to access information on a "Special Offer" that offer is for a $25 dollar per month 800 tipline for reporting employee theft, etc. It is geared towards small to medium size business owners.

    Some Keywords I'd like used are;

    * Special Offer
    * As low as $25 per month

    Contest will end at 8pm PST on June 10th.
