PR prediction is 4 but could go higher since I am link building well. Also the site gets like 400-500 uniques per day and steadily growing. I only opened the site on December 5th which was the game release date. Also check out the very active forums. I have a in-line google ad there and I make $2-$3 per day. Site is still not 100% complete but I am very happy with it. Anyone want to appraise value? I might sell it but not sure when.
I never got a single word on appraisal. Site now gets about 500-800 daily uniques and makes about $2-$5 per day via adsense. I also have made a few Amazon sales for another $20 in revenue the past couple weeks. The last 7 days averaged $3.25 per day revenue adsense. Site still grows and grows too. I am not sure if I will eventually sell as this seems to be a keeper unless I get $x,xxx. When PR updates and Google caches all the pages I will see if I can get my value from it. I added lots of mod_rewrite, sitemap, and custom seo changes to the forums.
