Having seen all the sites publishing the dog cruelty over the last few days (puppy off cliff, dogs used for target practice) I must say I'm really glad to see the outrage shown by people. I really couldn't care less about the political implications, or who commited it or why, the issue is that people acknowledge these actions as dispicable. I do realise that someone will say but what about the kids/people getting killed abused, etc. I do also agree that this is bad, but as far as I see it the fact that despite their differences, people are still concerned and compasionate about lower life forms on the planet gives me hope that society as a whole is not completely going down the toilet and that and that the very primal human instincts of caring and compassion are still comming through.
Great post empservices! I can not stand to see a defenseless animal get tortured! Humans can fight for themselfs, but for the sake of a laugh to torture an animal?! That is so cruel, whats wrong with this world?!
