Well i have a grt idea for it When i get angered , then i just squeeze a bttle crush it as much as i can and remove all the anger on that plastic bottle and after that is done , i feel very relaxed , believe me it really works Try It .....
While you feel angry at that time try to talk yourself that-"Tell yourself that if I do anger it will hurt to me more than others. Like it will affect to my health, not able to enjoy anything" So try to talk yourself and it the best way to remove anger and in this way you can know more about yourself if you talk yourself.
Whenever i am angry and i could not take it anymore i put pillow on my face and scream after that i feel better
I just usually brood in my room and listen to music or something lol. Occasionally if I'm angry enough I hit something and/or scream lol.
keep a picture with you of someone u love the most. when u get angry, jst see that pic for 30 seconds. and close your eyes. A smile will spread on your face. it really really works. try this once.
Often I keep silent or cry, but the former is not a good way I think, to say something may be better.
I have a growing collection of four letter words I like to scream through clenched teeth. That helps the situation most of the time!
