That's a fairly easy keyword to rank for, though it will take "some" effort. Nothing too difficult - a month or two should see you with a top ranking for this keyword, even if you don't use their service. What worries me though is it only gets about 390 searches per month - is it a keyword really worth targeting, especially since the online commercial intent rating (provided by Microsoft's AdCenter) is only 24%? (0.24) The inanchor count is only 47, intitle is at 24,600 and the inurl count is $3,760. The Ad Cost is about $2.47 with an exact phrase match count of 2,080,000... again, not something I'd particulary be thinking about targeting -- but hey, all the more power to you if you can profit from it. What do you think happened to cause the alleged penalty from Google? And what keywords are you targeting with that site?
Hi Dan, I've never used Microsoft's AdCenter and usually look at the Google keyword tool to view search volume. That gives me a monthly global search volume of 12,100 for the 'online money earning' keyword. To be honest, I'm not profiting much from the blog but I have been getting a large proportion of my organic traffic through this keyword which is why I decided to use it to test the Angela method. I'd love to rank high for 'make money online' but I know that is going to take longer. I think I'm getting penalized from Google for the other site because of link selling. It dropped from a PR3 to PR0. I was targeting 'travel experiences' with the Angela method. On another note, I've just noticed that another one of my sites, linkerage.com has gone from 100+ to 11 for the keyword 'bidding directory' using the angela method. However, this keyword is even more niche than 'online money earning'.
I was shocked to read some of the negative reviews of angelas packets by people who say they've used them and some that say they haven't. Point blank, they DO work. Anyone above who has said they don't is wrong. They have a great impact of SERP's and even pagerank. I've used their links for over 3 months now and have seen every site I used them on hit first page of google, I have one site #1 for a somewhat difficult category and some sites at #2-#3 for difficult keywords. I am not saying that by using her packets only you will get first page rankings. However, it did allow my sites to be indexed extremely fast and did bump my SERP ranking from 84 to #4 within 72 hrs. Sure, some sites may delete your link, what link building method doesn't? Blog commenting, of course half of the comments never get posted. Directory submission, half take weeks to be live and the other half have little effect with google. Point being, Angelas links are a steal for $5. They work, they work, they work. Thanks
Please give me one example of a competitive keyword where you are ranking well and where you only used this method to optimise your site. I find it very difficult to believe that this method alone can make you rank well for a competitive keyword.
Here's the deal - I don't know Angela personally, we have talked before - and as far as character issue - she's a great person. She has a passion for SEO. I got her links and just a few of them - they have helped my site. The thing is - you have to not just post an anchor text in the profile area - you have to participate in the system. If you work at it - it will help you.
At no point did I say that by using her packets solely could you achieve great ranking for competitive keywords. To use any single method, in terms of SEO, to rank well would be dumb. It use multiple methods. However, what I did say was that I used her packets with my exsisting sites, and made no other new changes and received great results. Thanks
finding many people complaint about angela i think i should ignore it to be listed on my target of directory
For a small price every month, you can't complaint. It works and the only problem is you have to take the effort to create the links. Or better still, outsource it to someone else. If you are thinking this is easy, forget it because no effort = no rewards.
Fair enough, but the problem I find is that once you've started link building through various methods, it can be very difficult to determine which method is helping you rank for a keyword. I don't think using only one method is dumb, especially if that method is white hat and extremely effective.
Its not the $5 you need to be concerned with, Its whether Google tracks it down, and penalizes accordingly.
For no other single SEO strategy do we put up on a pedestal and say it should be done alone. We all know that SEO requires multiple strategies. So these types of links, as part of an overall strategy, DO work. Why wouldn't they, they are anchored text. One thing to make sure though is that Google actually crawls the page. That's the biggest problem I've come across. Go to Google and type in: "site:URL" and see if its cached. Most are not.
I'm using it since July and it's working pretty good for my website. That's true Google might frown upon too many people getting the same links every month. You should get the list, start from the middle down and then start from the beginning to the middle. Sometimes you have to think outside the box regarding SEO and link building. Even though a lot of people is getting the list, it doesn't mean all the people is creating the list at the same time. I highly recommend it!
I never use angela's method but I am wondering how good or bad it is. I have email her for a free package for 1 month. But still not email me back.
You think she has not responded because your E-mail squeaked on arrival? It amazes me how cheap some people are! LOL And to bump a six month old thread with such nonsense is just plain hilarious!!!
I tried them for a few months a while ago. It's hard to say how much of an effect the links actually had. Your best bet is to combine it with a good overall link-building strategy because unless you're targeting some really long tail keywords they probably won't do much on their own. But I guess that's true of most link-building methods, they won't do much on their own, but work best as part of an overall strategy. Simon
I would say no. Most of the links get deleted by the site owners and unless you can outsource they tedious task of profile creation only to have 75 percent of your links become obsolete anyway, I would say it's definitely not worth it.
