    Here are some aspects to compare them - Homescreen Appearance, Composing Messages and Apps Experience, Storage Capacity, Mobile Hotspot and Developer Support. Android beats Windows Phone 7 in a head-on battle but Microsoft still has many things to do, to compete against Android.

    Depends on your personal preference. They are both really good OS's. I prefer android just because I feel I can change more about the phone and customize it more the way I want.
