So, I have some MP4 videos on my server. I found that, no matter what format it is with MOV Relocation and doing everything to make the video Android Streaming Optimized, it still doesn't work on most android phones. I need someone to make me a custom player that plays my videos on all Android Phones. Kind of like an app, but I should be able to integrate this video player into another application.
