    There is no website to create an Android App as such , you need a developer to create your own Android App .
    BTW: What you mean by " Insert my code " ?

    I think you need to play with this:
    http://appinventor.mit.edu/explore/ its specifically for Android.
    Also try Scratch, you can learn so fast to code.
    You should focus on learning Javascript, that way you can have a web app that runs on all devices and also compile it on the PhoneGap.

    You can take on-line course from edx.org. just go to the site create account and log in, then you can choose various courses which are provided by reputed universities like Harvard and MIT. For android programming you choose this one : 21W.789x Building Mobile Experiences This course is provided by MIT.

    Not sure, but a simple android app inventor is MIT App Inventor. Google it. Not too customizable but easy to use if yuo can't code.

    You can't create an android app over a night . You need a lot hours of work to make some interesting and most important unique project
