android dev needed who can work with Blogger

so basically i want someone who can make a app for android and submit it on the store,
i have setup a google blog with .com domain and 350 posts (streaming/downloading movies)
what i need for the dev to do is, make a app which can access the site and choose a movie A-Z and stream it and check the latest updates etc!
We will work together if you sell the app you take 75% share.
 of if its on the store for free and have a second one up which recieves donations then we take 50/50

Are the items being legally streamed? If there are copyright laws forbidding this then you stand to get in much legal trouble. If not then let me know how large your base is so far and I may be able to help.
