Selling Android APK site for sale. Making 80 USD a month from AdSense

Hello everyone,

I have an Android APK download related site apkbucket.com for sale which currently makes 80 USD on average from AdSense. The site runs on News Pro theme on Genesis Framework and gets around 1000 UV a day, out of which 70% are from Google.

The reason I am selling this site is that I need funds for my higher studies. I have attached both analytics and AdSense proof, so please feel free to comment if you have any questions regarding the site and I will answer them asap.

After some research and talking to him on skype where he pretty much evaded all my questions.

Here is what I found.

He has a ring of sites all linking to this APK site and denies owning them so anytime he can pull the links and rankings will vanish.
he denies owning them but sites are all pretty much
- similar almost same design
- have countless links to him ( either he owns them or pays them or is related to them and denies that so he can pull links )
- have links to his site + the other sites in spam softeware
- similar link patterns if you need the majestic seo file pm me ill send it to you

Thanks for the explanation Mr. Gregevskye, now let me explain your situation over here. You have a strange disorder where people tend to avoid listening to others and just keep blabbering to prove their point. Below are the skype screenshot of our chat. You said that I denied answering your questions, but I answered them many a times but you just don't want to accept.

You said that the sites from where I link are mine on the basis of UI. Now lets just imagine that all sites running News Pro theme are mine, even the studiopress LOL, then why on earth would I need money? I would be a damn billionaire.

First get yourself checked up before commenting on others.

So, now I have made my point about that guy and uploaded all our chat screenshots as I have nothing to hide. You guys can see his blabbering continuously. I am a genuine guy over here with decent rep and guys like Mr. Gregevskye ruin genuine sellers.

Edit: I hope he doesn't say that as those screenshots are on tinypic, I own that site too

I just had a look at gregevskye replies, seems like what he researched is good facts.

I can not say the owner of the site 'owns' all of the mentioned sites listed above, but there is something fishy about it, as it seems like all those sites are actually relative with each other, meaning they are somewhat related to one another. So he could actually own them or know someone who run those sites and creating a link building strategy with it. I was actually interested in this site, but not so sure now, as I am quite sure the links will be pulled once the transaction is done (hope I am wrong) =(
