Always liked the guys simplicity and the videos are integral part of my bookmarks from the past 6 months. The total length is around 1:30 hours but it is worth listening to. In the Video Warren talks about long term investments (what else) and even if you are not into investment, there is alot we can learn from him and his approach towards life. 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfuXKpMFUjc 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1LiATYSajw 3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7m7ifUz7r0 4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caFD7bwkuEc 5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYx-Cr_RVzE 6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCvDlAlSnog 7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScIIvUj1xGY 8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-PobeU4Ox0 9. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvYUFZQ44tM 10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sgCYOeYrnw Enjoy..
Great post! He's a great example of one of my personal beliefs; a smart person uses big words, a very smart person takes those big words and turns them into simple words that everyone can understand.
Great thought indeed. You will also see, in video5 or 6 where he talks about long term investment of 20 years and how he will still do it. Considering he is around 75 years old, it is great to see his passion towards his believes.
Has he retired from Berkshire Hathaway or is he still a CEO? 75 sounds like a very old age to still be in charge of a large public company. I would like to get shares of BH, but each share is priced in the thousands, so it puts the stock out of my price range.
