This isn't a proxy, MySpace, free image hosting, game cheats, free arcade type site. This is a very original site in a lucrative and virtually untapped market.

About Myself
I entered the market of creating/flipping sites early in 2006. I've sold many quality sites here (contrary to my iTrader rating I know, nobody leaves feedback). The one question that I get, which I'll go ahead and answer: Why create/flip instead of keep for myself? And the answer to that is: I have some flagship sites that I dedicate myself to. You make money in life with the stuff you really enjoy, and, while I enjoy managing the production and development of these sites I sell, I consolidate all of my efforts on the flagship sites that have paid the bills for years.

The design on this site is one of the best I've ever had designed. The design is very original, beautiful, and completely made in CSS. The programming is exceptional, all by a very talented team in the United Kingdom. The content was done by a professional copywriter based in Florida.

I'd be willing to say that even if the content and entire theme/niche of the site doesn't interest someone, that the design, backend, and site functionality would be worth purchasing the site for. In fact, I even contemplated to simply sell duplicates of the site's design and functionality, just leaving the content out. But alas, I'm here -- so I've obviously decided to not do that

Site Features

Custom Design.
Already mentioned this -- beautiful, based in CSS. Very user-friendly, very easy to edit. Designed by an accredited designer (4-year degree) in New York.

Easy to update CMS (100% custom made) through the backend.
The backend is password-protected and allows many features and content on the site to updated via the form. You can edit different features on each page, add new "items," delete "items," add images, create/edit categories -- the list goes on. Once you see the actual site, you'll understand what I mean by "items."

Search-Engine Friendly
All pages, even the new ones that you make dynamically through the site's backend are created with search engine friendly URLs using mod_rewrite.

Mask the sites you link to.
When you add an "item" to the site, if you link out (say, to an affiliate site) the script will automatically pass your link through the site, so it can't be detected. For example, if you wanted to link to: cj.com, the link will turn into website.com/out.phpid=123

Those are just some of the features. As I said above, once you see the site, all of this will actually make sense.

If you check out the other categories, there are very few products currently added. If the site's sold, all 30 products in queue (we have the pictures cropped, content written, and items ready to add to the site) will be added as part of the site purchase.

I've held off on adding the remaining products since it's easier to add the remaining products once you purchase the site (because the affiliate code for each product will need to be yours). I've also held off in case you want to use the site as a shopping cart or foundation for some other niche/theme.

Once you purchase the site, I'll have the remaining products added within 1-3 business days, if desired. And, since you undoubtedly would be looking to adding more products as time goes by, I'd get in you touch with the copywriter who made the current products -- she does very good work.

I'll also get you in contact with each affiliate manager from each program and make sure your transition goes smoothly.

Obviously, the backend has many more pages, but those are the main cogs.

All of the underlying product category and subcategory pages are ran off of one PHP file, so if you make an edit to that single page, it edits throughout the categories. Very simple to update.
