    Drop an email to them.
    They will arrange alternative method like Secure delivery. Nothing to worry about they wont run away with the money :)

    email adsense team they will reply, had that experience with one of my cusion and they said if this time you dont recive the PIN we will arrange alternative method by his PIN arrived.

    If you don't receive the third PIN, contact them and they will arrange some other method to verify your address (like sending PIN via DHL etc.)
