    yes it's help to get ranking on your targeted keywords but make sure use different-2 anchor

    Ok so if I have an article and then take a few different key words and link them to an informational site on that product it will help me?

    Yes if you want better ranking in search engines with particular keyword, you must use it in the anchor text.
