Anchor text question

Ok i whank to have good rankings for this situation teke my exemple
Keyword 1 = K1
Keyword 2 = K2
Keyword 3 = K3

I whant to have rankings for K1 K2 and for K1 K3
On one site for anchor text i use K1 K2 and for K1 K3

But on a secon site if i use K1 K2 and K3 as anchor text will have the same effect ?

make sites for all three combo's and 301 redirect, 2 of them to the main one.

 

Well i whant both sites to rank well for those keywords
And since for one i used the combination k1 k2 / k1 k2
I thought for the second one will use k1 k2 and k3 (as anchor text)
or k1 k3 and k3 to althernate (but my concern is will it have the same efect as for the first site ? )

 

Does anyoane can clear this thing to me ?

 

does your two sites same( i mean to say two different domais but same content and layout) or different if they are same the rankings will get affected.

 

They are not the same of course but i whant to know if is the same results if i use those 2 difrent anchor text types the results are the same ?
