    (This is an example)
Supposedly i want to target the keywords 'guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs'
Which way would make more sense for me (supposedly i owned this website)
-Ultimate-Guitar.Com - Over 100,000 guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs
-Or guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs having a link to ultimate-guitar.com
How much difference would it make?
    Please comment on this

Hey Janna, but thats not the question really. What i was looking at is
I want to put my sites name along with the keywords that i am targetting. Is it advisable to do that or should it be only the keywords?
You will get what i am saying by looking at the ultimate guitar.com example
According to be they are targeting the keywords guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs and look how they are asking people to link to them
    ultimate-guitar[dot dot]about/linktous.htm
Is that link helping them achieve the keywords they want to target or would have they been better of keeping the anchor text "guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs" instead of "Ultimate-Guitar[dotdot[Com - Over 100,000 guitar, bass and guitar pro tabs."

Your anchor text should be the keywords you're targeting.

Good combination of your keywords as your anchor will help.

It will make a big difference, you should perform for your domain name any, so you want to rank for the keywords. Keywords only anchor text for the most part.
