    For a normal sitemap that you show your visitors: sure. For the sitemap specifically made for google, no that is not withint the purpose of the sitemmap.

    You'd better not. Sitemap is to instruct spiders crawl your internal page, not outside pages.

    If you are talking about a HTML sitemap for your human visitors, I recommend against it. (No reason to confuse your visitors)

    For XML, RSS, and text sitemaps the answer is a clear NO :)
