anchor text keyword selection

I've been using the inventory tool by overture to pick out my keywords to choose for anchor texts, but it seems that tool is down.

does anyone know of a good keyword selector tool to use for anchor text?

Use Google and semrush.com. That is what I have used and it works just as good as any paid software.
