Anchor Text and Keyword Linking Explained

To your first question, from my own experience through looking in Google Webmaster Tools Google picks it up as one keyword phrase however this is not to say that no strength is passed on to both keywords. However because I cannot prove this, I would advise that you keep to using one keyword phrase per anchor text like most other SEOs do.

If it only turns up in the Meta Tag and no where else then its less likely that you will be ranked for the keyword however if you have your anchor text with the keyword chain to you will most probably be ranked however very low down. Its best to fully optimise at each stage that you can.

I just want to ask you guys if how many anchor text or hyperlinks in an article?Because I confused if I had a lot of good keywords let say "beach" word on my article should that means that I would archor all "beach" words?

I recommend only have two links at the maixmum in each article going to the same page. However if its useful to your readers to add more links to different pages then do so.
