Hey guys, I'd be more than glad if anyone can clear up my mind. I am stuck with a question.

When we do link buidiling.. The anchor text should match the website or we can have it anything??

From what I've been doing till now is I use the keyword for which I wanna rank high.. and I give url to my website directly not to the post

That's correct use the keyword for which you want to rank.

It can be just about any words that appear in your content. It can be keyword specific and long tail in order to avoid the competition. The choice is yours.

Your anchor text should be your targeted keywords, but vary them in different links, using slightly different terms and synonyms.
You should deep-link into your individual site pages and posts, and not always to your home page, this ensures your keyword-rich links are pointing at content that is also focused on those keywords.
