    Yes, of course you can use. Place analytics code before </body> tag.

    Yes you can use it . Just add the code to any HTML/JAVA page element and you can track your blog stats :)

    Yes just put the code before </body> tag as stated above. This is generally in a file of the template which is called footer.php

    I have same query...I'm using wordpress (i.e. myblog.com) so where I have to install analytics code? in index.php or any other page?

    I believe I stated as above you generally put it in footer.php inside the template folder.
