    i have a question about google's analytics

i'm very new to all of this. when it says visits and pageviews, does it include mine also? like if it says 30 visits, are 25 of those the times that i refreshed my page hoping someone actually posted something?

    thanks

Well they also count your visits too. If you refersh your page or view your pages than your pageviews increase.

Than means 3 members visit your site and each view 2 pages, than visits must be 3 and Pageviews 6.

Ye a pageview is how many pages the person looked through while visits is how many people came to your site.

If you do not want your own visits to be counted go to the settings section and filter out your own IP.
