Analytics not showing correct goals conversion information

    I want to know why Google is not showing correct Goal conversions
    information. It showed 134 users registered but only 23 new registrations have taken place.

    All help will be greatly appreciated !

    like for eg when a person registers he has to verify his email address n stuff
