    because as in my c panel stats and Google analytic stats as google shows not visitor where as i see in many different tools that show visitors there on the sites

    I'm still not able to find out the reason but certainly you will find a lag between the tracking of Google analytics and click bank analytics.

    GA uses JavaScript all clicks without will not be displayed in GA stats. Normally 95-98% users has enabled JavaScript in web browser, if your stats differs from GA more than 5% it is bots.

    yea, that's the reason why doesn't show visitors who use mobiles to visit our site. But unlike sitemeter and statcounter, the visits shown by GA are more accurate.

    the most accurate tool is that one which analyze your logs, your web server can't be wrong :)
