Analytics doesn't show all adsense clicks

I've noticed that the adsense part of analytics for my main site doesn't always show all the clicks i make from adsense.

When the analytics/adsense intergration started google just told me to keep my analytics code in place for my main site and add new code for the others.

I'm sure all the the code is installed properly too.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, wasn't sure if it was adsense or analytics.

I simply suggest you to paste that analytic code within footer thats the best way.

When adsense rolled out the intergration with anayltics they gave me a choice of selecting which of my sites was my main one. It said that my main website didn't need any code change but the other sites needed to have extra code installed.

My main site has the code installed in the footer of every page. I'm sure as I've just redesigned and added the code manually to each page.

Has nobody else had the same problem as me?

Best area for analytics code is just before /body. and i agree with you that google don't show all adsense clicks in analytics. i am using statcounter to track my adsense clicks. it's best for me to track adsense clicks.

Install the code in the header of every page and sometimes it doesn't work when it comes to viewing accurate clicks - esp in regards to google viewing click fraud and other issues including the fact that the stats program is remote from your site - you can never get an exact reading of stats with two stats programs, there will almost always be a difference in data

I thought yuo were supposed to put the analytics code at the bottom of a page, just before the body tags close.

if you put it after the body, it might not get loaded correctly. Also some firefox addons are blocking analytics

I have analytics code just before /body on the main page.
But visitors from one forume calculates for visiting and from other one does not calculate in visit counts.
All links from forums made to the main page. And I have feedbacks from forum visitors which were not calculated.
Why is that? And hot to fix it?

Yep, Analytics Adsense revenue is always less than the actual amount.

I am too actually. I know the analytics docs say that the list links aren't counted over there but (Not being egotistic here, just background) with a Ph.D. and a D.S., damn it I can't get the numbers to work.

Only thing I can think of is the change over time is different between adsense and analytics but even taking a month of data, I still can;t get it right.

Well it looks like I'm not alone in this problem. It's great having analytics and adsense together but if it doesn't work then thats no good. Should we even trust analytics all together?
