Hi all, hope some can help.

Over the last 5 days my google traffic has gone from 10-20 hits per day to almost 100 hits per day, getting ALOT more traffic for whatever reason.

Now the issue im seeing is ALL these extra hits are showing 0.00 time on site strangely and its destroying my bounce rate. Any ideas why?

    site is www.techieshelp.com

Yahoo site explorer shows a load of links from www.petri.co.il forum - looks like these links lead to 404 error pages on your site, perhaps this is the reason

Personally I'd use piwik or something else for tracking.
It never hurts to track visitors, where they come from and where they go in more than one way.
The results never tie up - but often give you clues about what is going on

I would use other software for ideas of tracking visitors. Although Goolge Analytics is good it doesn't track them all - only those who reach your site via a Google search. My web hosts - and chances are so will yours - should give you the option to view visitors to your site. What does Alexa say?

Always try and keep the same urls for old content when you do an update.
