An unauthorized account activity on PayPal

I am PayPal user from about a month.
Today I have received an e-mail:
I have about 10 transaction so far and 3 of them are "unauthorized".
    There is about 30%.
I think that PayPal security is really bad.
Do you know how to avoid situations like that?

I think you should check with your password and use a secured password which can not be cracked easily.

I think that means that someone is purchasing from you and using either bad bank accounts or stolen credit cards. Not sure, but that is what it looks like to me. Or they are just trying to get out of paying for whatever they bought by saying they didn't authorize the purchase.

I think that it is not possible to determine if there is fraud or someone is trying to get out of paying. What you think? Should I refund this payment?

I would contact Paypal with the transaction numbers or case numbers and get clarification on "unauthorized transactions".

I would try calling them as you can ask them more questions right then and there if needed.

My friend got this when he was using fake info for his paypal account, then someone disputed a transaction.

They might also require you to put in bank info and verify if not done already.

I suggest using a ASCII password which is symbols and numbers only which makes it hard to bruteforce and for other people to crack.

You don't understand. In this case I have received money and someone else has send it. And another person (or it was guy who really make payment) report to PP that somebody unauthoritative used his account.
