I have no idea what you just said. Are you trying to ask...

"If you are any good at HTML and CSS, what work will be available to you?"

website designer i guess, but you need to learn graphics design, and maybe even flash. html and css is not really enough unless you are working in a team.

Soulscratch is right. You'd be a front-end developer. Learning JavaScript would also be helpful to you as you'll be able to provide additional browser-side functionality to the Web pages you create.

As a front-end developer, learning Photohsop isn't necessary, but you DO need to understand how to lift layers from .psd files, optimize them for the Web (color/depth/size reduction and so on) and include them into your Web page. "Slicing" is not going to cut it (pardon the pun) if your goal is to use the least amount of HTML and CSS necessary to get the job done (this will take about two years to get right if you're learning by yourself and don't have access to resources that show how to do this properly the first time, and NO, I do NOT consider A List Apart to be one of those proper resources or know someone who has this experience to help you - hint, the person who wrote this post is one such individual).

If on your own with no one willing to help you, yes. Two years. Having people you can ask for help and actual resources that don't suck can shave a LOT of time off that figure, too.
