    Ok here goes and apologies for any errors or misunderstandings, am 64 years old ex wife stole my pension, got locked down with the coronavirus then got made redundant a week before xmas. I have little or no marketing experience previously a call handler for insurance company.
    limited social circle and don't do facebook.
    Am looking to build a website using word press part news part forum. similar websites that i have looked at seem to hold out a begging bowl with a donations via paypall button. not what i want to do.
    I am fairly forthright in my opinion so i have started a website which takes an alternative view i want to fund it via adsense as it grows but also via print on demand. to that end i have now arranged a series of workbooks that are available on amazon and other merchandise. its not porn but is directed towards an adult audience. what i am seeking is any advice on how i can improve the layout and attract visitors, and drag kick or beat the site into a professional looking domain. i dont want to put the domain name on this post as it might appear i am spamming (i know a little of the Jargon) if anyone would like to take a look and give me an opinion please message me and i will send you the address of the site

    You've obviously had a bit of a look around the internet to see what other people are doing. Now you need to download a business plan template and fill it out. Identify what your competitors are doing well, what they're not. Will your site be too "adult" for adsense? If so, decide which other advertising platforms might be a better fit.

    Your primary disadvantage is going to need UK level income, it will take a while to build up so you should be looking for anything that will tide you over while you work on the business.

    FWIW This isn't the review section so you're going to get "general business" type replies.

    Hmmm, your profile says you're 20 years old? But you say 64 in the post, your name is steve in the post but billy is your profile. Smells like spam to me. just sayin...
