    I realize this forum is 99.9% about online activities but I have a question about an offline activity. Given the foreclosure rate is climbing and more houses are coming on the market through foreclosure, are there any people on this forum who invest, or would like to invest, in this arena?

    One of the reasons I ask is I have a 3 pg report I put together that reveals the secret to keeping your shirt when you buy a foreclosure. The all night real estate gurus sorta kinda don't tell the whole story but that's beside the point for now.

    I may or may not expand it into a real live ebook and provide more detail. For now, I'm willing to give a copy to anyone who wants one. Just pm me with your email address and it'll be on its way.

    I'm interested, i gerenate alot of income that eventually i want to invest into property.
