Hello I am in the process of arranging an issue tracker/help desk system and also a bug tracking system for my software company. Ideally, I want a system that combines both. php based - so I can install and host easily. Free or less than $150 My current requirements - 5 users... 100s of customers, tens of projects/products easy out of the box I would like the system to be able to self register customers... Have an email ticket integration. Currently, my plan is to go for Eventum (mysql AB system ) for customer support issues, and Mantis for bugs. I want to just see whether people are using 2 systems, or 1. Also, any good solutions I should look at?
