    Hello,
Today I noticed this IP visited nearly 40% of total pages in my site, line by line in order for 22 minutes at the rate of scanning 3 pages a minute .
    I doubt its a bot.

The IP is located in Puebla, Mexico, the city where I'm writing from. Megacable is the local Cable ISP.

I doubt it is a bot. Maybe is someone using some sort of offline browsing sofware who is downloading your entire site for later review.

By the way, which is your website?

Yeah someone could be downloading your website using software like the black widow software does. That would be searching and downloading in the same way, but it would have been quicker than 3 pages a minute I think unless your pages are pretty big.
