My site has referral program people do promote my site using their referral links. The referral links indicates to the registration page for example
     "http://tkquiz.com/reg.php?ameerulislam"
    Code (markup):
Now my question is will this improve my following page's page rank?
    Code (markup):
    (without the referral link)?

I don't see any change yet.

Is there any range set by google let say if my site has 50 backlinks it will get page rank 1, if 100 the site will get page rank 2, for example. My that page's page rank is still Zero after one year.

I think Google ignore ref links and they do not give you any SEO benefit anymore.
Why don't you google it, I'm sure it was discussed a lot in the past few years.
