Hello! I've got an interesting idea, but I need someone who can (and have time to do it) create a portal about proxy and host it on his own hosting and domain. So, I need someone who knows XHTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP. Ajax would be also really nice. I'll provide data that the portal will show. What about advertising - I think that there will be rotated banners (ratio 1:1) for me and the person who'll take this job. Here, I can only tell that I am not thinking about news portal about proxy, but about something much bigger.
